Architecture that stops the customer at the curb.

Every TimberShield dealership canopy is engineered as a brand statement. Warm Douglas Fir timber, structural glass or metal roofing, integrated lighting, and steel details finished to your marque's color palette — from the concrete pad up.

  • Custom brand-matched finishes. Timber stains, steel powder-coat, and lighting spec to your dealership standards.
  • EV-forward from day one. Pre-routed conduit for Level 2 and DC Fast Charging in every canopy.
  • Engineered to outlast three car cycles. 40–60 year design life vs. 15–20 for painted metal.
  • Multi-location dealer group ready. One design cycle, one procurement stream, staged rollouts.

The canopy is your dealership's second logo.

Painted steel says "commodity." Heavy Douglas Fir timber says "premium." Every high-end brand — from Range Rover to Porsche to Cadillac — is investing in dealership architecture that matches the vehicles inside. Here's what makes TimberShield different:

01

Architecture buyers can feel.

Timber grain, warm lighting, honest structure. A luxury customer arriving in an $80K vehicle expects to be greeted by architecture that matches. Painted steel and fabric awnings undermine the brand promise; heavy timber reinforces it.

02

EV-ready from day one.

Every TimberShield canopy is pre-engineered for Level 2 chargers and DC Fast Charging. Solar-panel-ready roof options available. As your dealership's EV percentage grows, your infrastructure is already there — no retrofits, no separate structures.

03

Built to outlast three car cycles.

Painted metal canopies get replaced every 15–20 years. TimberShield structures are engineered for 40–60. That's three generations of the vehicles being sold under them. Less lifecycle waste, lower total cost, more permanence.

Six ways dealerships deploy TimberShield.

01

Customer Porte-Cochère

The first thing a customer sees on arrival. Signature V-leg entry canopy over the drive, warm lighting, weather-tight glass or metal roof. Available in TS-24, TS-44, or TS-64 configurations.

Best fit: TS-24 or TS-44
02

EV Charging Bays

Multi-bay canopy over Level 2 chargers or DC Fast Chargers. Integrated conduit routing, solar-panel-ready roof, brand-color base plate accents. Scales with your EV growth.

Best fit: TS-44, TS-64 + EX-20 extensions
03

Featured Inventory Covers

Highlight your flagship or new-model vehicles under a permanent architectural cover. Elevates $80K+ inventory above the general lot. Frames the vehicle like a showroom piece — outdoors.

Best fit: TS-24 or TS-44
04

Service Drive Canopy

Weather protection for the service intake area. Wide-span TS-64 with extensions handles multiple lanes. Integrated lighting and heaters for cold-weather service starts.

Best fit: TS-64 + EX-20 extensions
05

Delivery & Detail Bay

A dedicated canopy for new-vehicle delivery ceremonies and detail bays. Creates a photo-ready moment for the customer handoff, protected from weather, branded with your dealership identity.

Best fit: TS-24 with glass roof
06

Employee & Loaner Covered Parking

Multi-bay carport structures for staff parking, service loaners, and courtesy fleet vehicles. Same architectural quality as customer-facing structures — because employees notice, too.

Best fit: TS-44 or TS-64 with EX-20 chains

Featured vehicle. Featured architecture.

A single TS-24 canopy over your flagship inventory transforms a parking space into a showroom moment. Customers driving past see the vehicle framed by warm timber and glass — day and night. It works whether you're a Cadillac dealer showing an Escalade V-Series, a Porsche dealer highlighting a new 911, or a Land Rover dealer positioning a Range Rover SV.

Every install is engineered to your site, your brand colors, and your inventory rotation.

Models best suited for dealerships.

Every dealership application starts with one of these structural configurations. All models use the same signature V-leg system, in 18-foot depths, with modular 12-foot bay increments.

Questions dealership principals ask.

How long does a dealership install take from contract to open?

Typical dealer projects run 6–10 weeks contract to installed. That covers engineering (1–2 weeks), permit review (varies by AHJ — Seattle is fast, some suburbs slower), footings (2–3 weeks including 7-day cure), and structural install (2–5 days on site depending on model). Most single-canopy projects can hit that window; multi-canopy lot buildouts run 10–14 weeks.

Can we match our brand colors — Range Rover green, Cadillac black, Porsche red?

Yes. The Douglas Fir timber itself is finished in a natural or dark-stained penetrating oil. Steel base plates, hangers, and lighting fixtures can be powder-coated to your brand color spec (RAL or Pantone). Custom fabric roof panels with dye-sub printing can carry your logo or brand mark directly. Brand-match customization is standard on dealer projects, not an upgrade.

What about EV charging infrastructure — do we run conduit through the timber?

Yes. Every canopy is pre-engineered with routed conduit paths through the cap beam and down the V-legs to base-plate junction boxes. Level 2 chargers, DC Fast Chargers, and future upgrades are all accommodated. Solar panel roofing is a compatible upgrade for dealerships pursuing net-zero infrastructure goals or utility rebate programs.

How do these perform in hail — we lose vehicles to hail damage every year?

All roof options handle hail per IBC standards for your jurisdiction. The 24-gauge commercial metal roof is rated for Class 4 impact resistance (highest UL rating). Structural tempered glass options are engineered for the same wind/snow loads plus hail impact. Fabric canopies handle typical hail; severe-hail regions get metal or glass roof specs.

Do you handle multi-location dealer groups?

Yes. Dealer groups running 3+ locations get consolidated project management — one design cycle, one engineering package (site-adjusted per location), one procurement stream from our mill. Rollout schedules are typically staged over 12–24 months to spread capex and minimize per-location disruption.

What's the warranty structure?

Structural steel connections: 10 years. Douglas Fir timber against structural defects: 5 years. Roof panels carry the manufacturer's warranty (typically 10–20 years depending on system). Fabric canopies carry a 5-year workmanship warranty plus the manufacturer's UV/tear warranty. Annual maintenance inspection packages are available.
